Ryotei is the coinage word to consist of two words. One is “RYOKAN”, the Japanese traditional style hotel to enjoy a relaxing time and hospitality. Another is “RYOUTEI”, the restaurant served the traditional cuisine of Japanese to feel the four seasons from a diversity of food on the menu. We express the meaning of the word as “RYOTEI” that is a completely new accommodation place to help your full stay.

The largest lake in Japan named "Lake Biwa" has loved by the Japanese as "mother lake" for a long time. It became a core of flourishing Japanese cultures.
In one of that is representative classical literature "Tale of Genji", authored by lady "Murasaki Shikibu" about 1200 years ago.
The story features Heian court culture during Heian period when the Japanese culture bloomed at its peak, in its elegance and pomposity.
